St. Paul Member's Voter's Meeting, Sunday, June 26th at 12:15pm

St. Paul Family, 
In keeping with St. Paul's By-laws, Article III, it is incumbent upon me to give you effective legal notice of a special "Voters' Assembly" meeting following the 11:00 a.m. Sunday "Worship Service" on June 26, 2022. The meeting will be held in the St. Paul "Fellowship Hall" and the lunch serving format will be "potluck". So please bring a side-dish and coordinate with Sharon Inman, Chairwoman of Board of Fellowship/Incorporation (office@stpaulplano.org). The meat will be provided by the Church; and barbequed by our own "Master Pitmaster" and "Head Elder", Shaun Patterson. Now, the purpose of the special meeting (and "agenda") is as follows:

• The thorough presentation (and Voters' Assembly - Motion-for-Approval) of the July 1, 2022 thru June 30, 2023 fiscal year budget.

• Circuit Forum for the 68th Synodical Convention

• Unforeseen Capital Expenditures

• Council Business Overview and Update

• Pastor Calling Update

This is a very important meeting for the congregation, regarding the financial affairs (and proposed budget) of St. Paul. So, mark your calendar and plan to attend. All "bona fide" members are required to be present to vote. As your President, I promise your time is valuable and will not be wasted.
