We all live busy lives, but nothing could be quite as important as making sure our marriages and children are growing spiritually! The Bible teaches us that parents are the primary spiritual leaders and nurturers of their children’s faith. We desire to walk beside you, equipping and supporting you, as you carry out this God-given role in your family. Questions? Contact Pastor Stace Rollefson.
Children's Church
Faith and family are important but often parents of young children are so busy in the pews caring for the little ones that they miss the message! This is an opportunity for parents to be fed with the assurance that their little ones are safe and being fed too. Offered during the 11 AM Sunday Worship and on Wednesdays during Lent Services, children ages four to seven can participate in a worship service geared for them following the opening in the Sanctuary. The goal is to help the parents shape the hearts of their children in the love of the Lord. They will learn the Lord’s Prayer, Apostles Creed, and participate as ushers to mention only a few parts of Children’s Church.

What is the goal of Awana at St. Paul?
Our goal is to come along-side children and parents alike, and help them grow deeper in their understanding of God’s Word. We want to see children become the world-changing disciples God created them to be…in their backyards, schools, and beyond! We also pray that these families will see St. Paul as “home” to grow on their family faith Journey. We NEED your support through service as we move forward with offering this opportunity to grow in faith to the families in our local community.
What is AWANA?
AWANA stands for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed”, and is based on the key scripture II Timothy 2:15. Awana teaches children that God is real, He loves them, and He has expressed that love through His Son, Jesus Christ. Each week your child will experience segments such as handbook time, game time, and large group time for start-to-finish excitement throughout the night. Theme nights, special incentives and awards, and special events are also infused throughout the club school year, so there is always something new. The core of the Awana program is the Bible, God’s Holy Word. “Thy word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against thee.” Psalm 119:11
